The Power of Play + Relationships

I loved reading this article in the Conversation about the power of play - Don't Forget Play

Less is sometimes more when it comes to therapy to help give children and young people the downtime they need for play, relationships with peers and family, and personal discovery!

Therapy should always be targeted and goal-directed (not endless!) and make a positive difference!

There are also lots of interest-based therapeutic supports around Brisbane where children and teenagers can learn new skills while having fun with peers... check out https://alisthub.com.au/ as an example.
